SCEG has provided mechanical, plumbing and some electrical engineering services at this property for over a decade. Projects have included retail to meeting room conversions, ballroom renovations, HVAC replacement and re-zoning, a complete repiping, an event lawn, three restaurants, guest room renovations, equipment replacement, and energy efficiency upgrades throughout the hotel.
